Human Resources Manager – part time

The Role:

You will Manage all aspects of HR including but not limited to:

Auditor – process design and automation – full time OR part time

The Role:

With an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, Evolv is looking for an experienced auditor with an interest in automation and process redesign to join our growing team of audit specialists.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Audit process review and update to consistently support best practice, including process effectiveness, and automation, whilst minimising manual intervention
  • Monitor emerging accounting and audit issues and consideration of the impact on the Evolv product suite
  • Leader of process priorities, including automation within the business including liaison with the Development team

The Ideal Candidate:

To be regarded for this newly created role, you will have a passion to pursue a technical specialist role, to support the continued development of our audit product, employing technology as a key enabler. In addition to this you will possess some or all of the following:

  • At least 4+ years’ experience as a general audit specialist
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting and completed or working toward CA/CPA/IPA/SMSF Specialist qualifications
  • Mature and professional outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An interest in the superannuation industry and associated legislation
  • Alignment with the organisation’s culture and internal values
  • Ability to effectively manage your time, prioritise work and multitask

Audit Manager – SMSF 

The Role:

With an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, Evolv is looking for an experienced SMSF audit manager to join our growing team of audit specialists. Evolv offers the ability to pursue your career as a SMSF audit specialist within a collaborative team of SMSF audit specialists, supported by a structured training development and career progression model.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for a diverse range of clients as Manager you will delight in your role supporting the client service experience, and your role as key relationship manager.
  • Contribute to the development of our SMSF audit product and business in your area of strength and interest.
  • Be supported in your role, by the leverage offered in our attention to process as a key enabler of the SMSF audit product.
  • Offices within Sydney and Melbourne, with remote and flexible working opportunities available.

The Ideal Candidate:

To be regarded for this newly created role, you will have a passion to pursue a career as a SMSF audit specialist including employing technology as a key enabler. In addition to this you will possess some or all of the following:

  • At least 6+ years’ experience as a general audit / SMSF audit specialist
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting and completed or working toward CA/CPA/IPA/SMSF Specialist qualifications
  • Registered SMSF auditor
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for the superannuation industry
  • Alignment with the organisation’s culture and internal values

Graduate SMSF Auditor

The Role:

Due to recent company growth an opportunity has arisen for a motivated graduate auditor to join our team. The role will focus on conducting financial and compliance audits for self-managed superannuation funds in a busy environment. You will also assist with ad-hoc administration and office duties as required, to support our team and deliver client outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate:

To be regarded for this opportunity, you will possess the following skills:

  • Completed or close to completing tertiary qualifications in accounting with the objective of working toward CA/CPA/IPA/SMSF Specialist qualifications.
  • A willingness to develop a deep understanding of the SIS Act and Australian Self-Managed Superannuation Fund legislation, and the ability to apply that knowledge over time.
  • High attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise work.
  • Well-developed IT skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
