The Role:

The primary responsibilities include:

Responsible for a diverse range of clients you will delight in your role supporting the client service experience, and your role as the key relationship manager

The Ideal Candidate:

To be regarded for this role, you will have a passion to pursue a career as a SMSF accounting and administration specialist including employing:

  • At least 4+ years’ experience as a SMSF accounting and administration specialist and an interest in pursuing a career as a SMSF audit specialist
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting and completed or working toward CA/CPA/IPA/SMSF Specialist qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Role:

With an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, Evolv is looking for a Systems Support Manager to join our growing team.

Accountable to all stakeholders (employees and clients) with the following key responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the management of the System Support Team, including providing direction to team members
  • Provide hardware and software support to over 100 staff in Australia and overseas
  • Provide software support to over 2,000 end users of the EvolvWhite software
  • Provide support to the business in the delivery of a wide range of IT projects including RPA and rules engine
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve and update IT infrastructure
  • On-board EvolvWhite clients, ensuring timely delivery, installation, training and implementation of the EvolvWhite product range as required
  • Participate in daily stand ups and assist the Head of Technology with sprint planning for the development team
  • Manage and complete User Acceptance Testing as directed for the EvolvWhite software products
  • Continually participate in self-learning, in conjunction with formal training, to ensure skills are continually developed to ensure ease of providing service to our customers
  • Other ad hoc projects or related activities to the above as directed by the Head of Technology or CEO

The Ideal Candidate:

To be regarded for this role, you will possess some or all of the following:

  • 2 years proven working experience in technical/IT helpdesk support supervisor position
  • 1 year experience in a business analyst role or similar
  • Experience working with Scrum development and/or SaaS or Quality Assurance testing
  • Experience with RPA, rules engines and low code apps a distinct advantage
  • An understanding of the finance / accounting industry, experience in the industry a distinct advantage
  • Be a self-starter as reporting lines will likely be located in another office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced problem – solving skills
  • Adapt to a fast-changing work environment, taking on new challenges whenever necessary
  • Excellent time-management and organisation skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours where required, weekends and evenings required on an adhoc basis
  • Ability to be self-taught in a variety of software applications and take on ownership of new technology implementation through out the business

The Role:

Due to recent company growth an opportunity has arisen for a motivated graduate auditor to join our team. The role will focus on conducting financial and compliance audits for self-managed superannuation funds in a busy environment. You will also assist with ad-hoc administration and office duties as required, to support our team and deliver client outcomes.

To be regarded for this opportunity, you will possess the following skills:

  • Completed or close to completing tertiary qualifications in accounting with the objective of working toward CA/CPA/IPA/SMSF Specialist qualifications.
  • A willingness to develop a deep understanding of the SIS Act and Australian Self-Managed Superannuation Fund legislation, and the ability to apply that knowledge over time.
  • High attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
