The Role:

The primary responsibilities include:

Responsible for a diverse range of clients you will delight in your role supporting the client service experience, and your role as the key relationship manager
Lead the enhancement of our SMSF specialist business in your area of strength and interest

The Ideal Candidate:

To be regarded for this role, you will have a passion to pursue a career as a SMSF accounting and administration specialist including employing:

  • At least 4+ years’ experience as a SMSF accounting and administration specialist and an interest in pursuing a career as a SMSF audit specialist
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting and completed or working toward CA/CPA/IPA/SMSF Specialist qualifications

The Role:

Due to recent company growth an opportunity has arisen for a motivated graduate auditor to join our team. The role will focus on conducting financial and compliance audits for self-managed superannuation funds in a busy environment. You will also assist with ad-hoc administration and office duties as required, to support our team and deliver client outcomes.

To be regarded for this opportunity, you will possess the following skills:

  • Completed or close to completing tertiary qualifications in accounting with the objective of working toward CA/CPA/IPA/SMSF Specialist qualifications.
  • A willingness to develop a deep understanding of the SIS Act and Australian Self-Managed Superannuation Fund legislation, and the ability to apply that knowledge over time.

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing financial services business. Stretch your creativity in a fun, flexible, supportive culture.

This is a newly created position for a creative and dynamic Marketing and/or Communications graduate with at least 4 years’ relevant experience, who will coordinate the marketing activities for Evolv Super. The position includes an exciting opportunity to manage the delivery of national campaigns, providing support to our Sales team across a wide range of projects and tasks, and activate communication campaigns for success. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience across a key range of marketing functions including advertising and social media, email marketing and content creation, branding and website development. This full-time role is flexibly based in our Sydney CBD office. However, for the right person, we would consider part-time hours.


  • Design, budget and implementation of marketing plans, working within a pre-defined marketing strategy.
  • Creation and implementation of engaging, professional print and digital marketing materials, aligned to a marketing calendar, including electronic direct mail and blogs, and coordinating and executing magazine campaigns
  • Working in alignment with our Sales team: industry trend analysis and support
  • Manage and maintain all website content including blogs, photos, careers, and general information; ensure content is varied and fresh
  • Manage the day to day running of all Evolv social media: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Research competitors to ensure Evolv remains ahead of the market
  • Management of external suppliers and marketing consultants as needed
  • Coordination of Evolv’s presence at digital and face-face events and conferences
  • Report on marketing activities to key personnel to measure and maximise success


  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite required, Canva, Adobe suite & WordPress highly desirable
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a close-knit team
  • Ability to prioritise deadlines and work within schedules
  • Sound understanding of the latest marketing techniques and trends
  • Confident in providing suggestions to further elevate Evolv’s marketing presence.
